Whilst we reminded ourselves of Stephen R Covey's classic 7 habits of Highly Effective People and finally, took tips from Laura Vanderkams's What the Most Successful People do Before Breakfast to achieve fitting them all into our day!

Reading is our window onto the world, our insight into other peoples minds and experiences, our way of escaping, learning, sharing, understanding and being entertained.

There is so much going on in my mind that sometimes I don't even feel sure anymore which thoughts are my own and which belong to someone else, planted there without my noticing. I find myself stopping to ask: is that really what I think?

So busy living the journey I fail to realise that this is not my path and ultimately will not lead me to my destination - I am heading full speed down a route that was mapped out for me and not wanting to disappoint or offend just makes it even harder.
